This is a pretty hot topic on the net, and somebody or the other ends up asking this inquiry now and again. Both equally the gaming system and PC have existed since decades and this debate has been 'on' since then.

Yet with the growth of the next-gen consoles like the Xbox 360 System, PlayStation 3 and the Wii, this argument has even more intensified and several console players have started doubting the future of PC gaming. Yet even with all the questions, PC gaming is here to stay, and is absolutely much better in a number of ways, as compared to consoles.

The Computer is Easy to customize

Unlike its gaming console counterparts, the PC can be custom made. Indicating, that it can be fine-tuned to fit a particular budget that somebody might have, and therefore you don't need to pay out huge amounts of funds and can still play games. While console prices have increased over time, the steady drop in pc parts make it more convenient for people to afford a pc.

And to top that, if you are not a hardcore gamer, you don't even require a top-of-the-line system to play, even a mid-end system would work just fine while being well priced. Further more, the next point that we are going to talk about literally ends the debate. The point that...

PC Hardware is Changing on a Constant Basis

Not like Games consoles, which have a hardware up-date each and every five years or so. The PC is filled with hardware alternatives pertaining to Graphic cards, random access memory, Central processing unit and pretty much everything that goes inside.

What it indicates is that the images and physics of PC games is improving consistently and giving developers a chance to push their limits. When it comes to games consoles, the publishers and developers know what they are coping with, and it gets easy for them to develop titles for the same. Because, the hardware truly won't change.

However when it comes to the PC, they truly can't afford to have any preconceived ideas, as we all know that computers do come in numerous sizes and shapes. Thus, the developers must be on their toes every time to satisfy the hardcore PC gamer.

Moreover when you've got a computer then compared to a gaming console, you could upgrade in the event the system becomes outdated.
