Party etiquette is required for any kind of party. Apart from going to enjoy yourself in the party, you ought to also give the hosts an impression you are disciplined. If you'd like to get more party invites, these are the rules that you must follow:

1. After receiving an invitation, you ought to reply in a week. If you are not certain that you're going to attend the party, you have got to notify the host in advance. If you previously accepted the invite but some issues have come up, then you ought to contact the host to inform him or her that you will not be present. If the host doesn't know whether you'll attend the party, don't turn up because they did not include you in their plans.

2. If you will be attending the party, do not bring uninvited guests and friends. If the host permits you to invite a friend, do not take your kids with you. If you just found a partner, you have got to consult the host before going with him or her. However, if she or he refuses, don't take it as an insult.

3. If you won't be attending a wedding, you can send them a gift.

4. Offer to help the host when preparing for the party. You also can ask the host if you can bring anything. If the host asked you to bring anything to the party, remember to do so.

5.Arrive punctually. If there are no casual affairs that require flexibility, make sure you arrive on time for the dinner party. But if there are inevitable circumstances which will delay your arrival, call the host to tell him or her that you will be late.

5. If the invite permits you to bring gifts, carry one and greet the host before giving them a present. The guests will be busy preparing food and welcoming other guests. Therefore, do not expect them to open the present immediately you give them. In fact, it is party etiquette when they don't open the present immediately.

6. If there is a dress code for the event, don't be the odd one out. You can call to inquire from the hosts if you are doubtful about the dress code for a particular theme.

7. Mingle with other guests at the party. Move around while making a conversation. The host cannot look after you if you isolate yourself from the other guests.

8. Monitor your drinking and eating habits. Do not eat more than what your stomach is able to hold. Likewise, you shouldn't let alcohol get the better of you.

91. You should tell your children how they are expected to behave before taking them to a party.

01. You should avoid going through your host's closets.

11. Help your host to clean up.

21. Do not stay past the stated departure time.

31. Send a note or phone the hosts to thank them.

Party etiquette is a must have personality. The guests cannot invite you again if you were unruly at the first party. Therefore, you need to read through these rules before attending any party.
